The view from the balcony-beautiful.
Language barrier.

The hotel was nice but was too far from the main areas of South Beach we wanted to be in. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

English was a second langusge 100% of the time.

It was like staying in a hotel in chile, Venezuala or other South American countries I have been to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the boardwalk, for beachside walk access to more happening South Beach.
A long walk from SoBe convenience. Dirty windows, stained carpets/chairs. The general surroundings were depressing.

Easy to hop on a bus and go places.
Noises from next door rooms.

Overall a nice and well cared for hotel, but the walls transmit every noise from next room, it needs some soundproofing done.

The pool and the beach were ideal.
The neighborhood didn't have much to offer.

The staff was great, the pool was perfect, and you're right on the beach which was amazing. The room was just a standard hotel room, no frills, but clean. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly good, a big buffet with anything you could want. The only drawback is that there's not much in the area, the neighborhood looks a little run down. So a short cab ride to SoBe was in order. But for the price, this hotel was better than I expected. ...read more

The staff makes an effort to be friendly.
Only two elevators for tons of people, poor location, everything seems to be an effort, very poor location - far away from fun places in South beach.

The hotel is in an isolated area of Miami Beach. No shopping, no bars, no restaurants - only one corner store with only Spanish speaking employees. This hotel is run like a pit stop.

The beach access was awesome!
Parking valet costs $12 a day whether you use your car or not - this is not good.

The hotel is very progressive as an international hotel. Very few hotel customers speak English as their first language. My husband I were one of maybe 3 couples there who spoke English. The staff can understand English but some speak little. Wonderful hotel as long as you have an open mind. We were not in English speaking America when we were in that hotel! ...read more
